Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

Authors have disclosed any potential conflicts of interest and complied with ethical standards for research.

Where applicable, URLs or DOIs for references have been provided to facilitate verification.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.
-
The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism, and all data and materials are accurate and available for editorial review if requested.
-
Authors agree to the journal’s copyright and licensing terms.
Author Guidelines
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the following instructions to ensure compliance with the journal’s standards and DOAJ requirements.
1. Basic Information

Include the paper title, authors’ full names, affiliations, and details of the corresponding author.

Follow the CT&B template for formatting.

Fill in the header: authors’ names on even-numbered pages, paper title on odd-numbered pages (except the first page).

Do not include page numbers in the footer or line numbers in the text.
2. Licensing

Authors must submit a statement granting the journal a license to publish and distribute the work.

Templates for single-author and multi-author statements are available on the Rzeszów University of Technology Publishing House website.
3. Structure
-
Divide the manuscript into sections and subsections as needed.

Use the formatting provided in the template.
-
Subsections should not consist of only a few sentences.
-
Authors may propose a different structure if justified by the subject matter.

Large datasets should be included as a separate “Supporting Information” file.
4. Figures and Graphics
-
Prefer vector graphics; if not possible, use bitmap images (.png, 300 dpi).

Ensure all details are legible at the desired resolution.
-
Number and caption each figure consecutively.
-
Each figure must be referenced at least once in the text.
-
Figure captions must be in English.
-
Use professional translation assistance if necessary; editorial staff can support this.

Add all references in the Literature section following the IEEE citation style.

In-text citation: numbers in square brackets, e.g., [1], [2–4, 6].

Reference list: numbered in order of appearance in the text.

To mention an author in the text: “Miller in [6] proposed…”

References must use Latin alphabet.
-
If a cited title is not in English, include the English translation and indicate the original language, e.g., (in Polish – see [4]).
7. Language

Manuscripts should be written in English only.
-
Use either British or American English consistently, do not mix.
-
Professional language editing or assistance from a native speaker is recommended.
8. File Requirements

Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, using Word 2019 or higher.
-
Use the CT&B template.
-
During submission, provide both the Word (.docx) and final PDF versions of the manuscript.

The personal information provided on this journal site, including names, email addresses, and affiliations, will be used exclusively for the purposes of manuscript submission, peer review, editorial management, and communication related to the publication process.
