Journal of Civil Engineering, Environment and Architecture (JCEEA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture of Rzeszów University of Technology (Poland). The journal publishes Original Research Articles, Review Articles and Technical Papers in the fields of civil engineering, environmental engineering and architecture.
The journal continues the publishing tradition initiated in 1973. Since 2018 all articles have been published exclusively in English. Since 2020 one volume has been published annually.

Journal History
The publishing tradition of the journal dates back to 1973. Over the years, its title and publication format have evolved in response to organisational changes at Rzeszów University of Technology:
- 1973–1982 – published as Dissertations – The Works of the Institute of Civil and Environmental Engineering;
- 1983–2012 – published within the Scientific Papers of Rzeszów University of Technology series as Civil and Environmental Engineering;
- 2013–2019 – published quarterly under its current title, Journal of Civil Engineering, Environment and Architecture (JCEEA);
- since 2018 – articles have been published exclusively in English;
- since 2020 – JCEEA has been published as one annual volume.
